Kelly is an independent filmmaker and amateur photographer from Vancouver, Canada. “My first camera was an Olympus OM-10 (which I still have) at age 13 and I started to develop my own negatives and prints while in my junior high school at that time. I saved up to buy a Nikon F-801s system in 1990 and continued pursuing photography in high school spending countless hours in the darkroom experimenting with Tmax, Tri-X, dodging/burning etc. and had some big shows at the school gallery.
Kelly moved away from film photography at the age about 20 and started digital photography around 2004. “I came across a mint condition Kodak Retina Reflex S and a mint Yashica Lynx 5000 in August 2016 and started shooting film again.”
