Parisian photographer Pierre Wayser has been taking pictures since he was a teenager in the Sixties. “I once "borrowed" the camera of my father, and he knew it because he saw weird pictures on his roll... He bought me an Instamatic Kodak.”
He started to take pictures more seriously in the early Seventies. “I shot very seldom, less than 50 rolls films in all my life.” - He said in an interview in 2011.
At the end of the Eighties, he totally stopped photography because of the films were expensive in France, and he did not like to “spend my nights in a darkroom.”
Wayser mainly shot videos in the Nineties then he bought a digital compact in 2006, and started to take photographs again.
