"Sierra Leone Kids" with Black and White Film by Michael Barry

Michael Barry is a British freshly graduated photographer, based-in Manchester and London. He first got into photography at the age of 14, but “I didn't see it as an art form until I was about 16 when I got my first film SLR and started thinking I was just taking pictures to see what things looked like as a photograph.”

Michael who is currently using both film and digital loves to shoot people. For him, people are always an infinite source of inspiration. “It is difficult for me to categorize myself as a certain type of photographer because I change so often but the single commonality between all my photographs is they are about people, their relationship with their environment, my relationship with them or their relationship with each other.”
