Dan Meade, an American film photographer, is also a graphic and web designer based-in Chicopee, Massachusetts. He first got into photography when he was 9 with a Kodak Instamatic X-15. "I took photos of my cousins, my sisters, piles of leaves, a friend's out of focus face, and whatever was interesting to a 9 year-old child."
Then he had lost interest in photography for a long time before discovered film again. "I was given a Diana F+ camera as a gift and immediately felt back in love with film photography again. It really became a joy, and I got to experience so many things that made film so wonderful back when I was young." He says.
Dan, also known as abdukted1456 on Flickr, currently loves and shoots on instant and expired films with his various Polaroid cameras, plastic toy cameras, vintage cameras, home-made pinhole cameras, and other lo-fi equipment.
