Little Drawings on Half-Burned Frames

You know that burn mark you sometimes get on your first frame of a film? Turkish architecture student Dilşad Aladağ fills out the white space of the part of the image that was burned by the light. With half a blank canvas to work with, she fills in the missing parts of the photo with simple sketches based on memory or fiction. Part of the series “little drawings”, the results turn out to be charmingly nostalgic imagery with some of its mysteries unfolded.

More of Dilşad Aladağ's work on her Lomography, Flickr and Behance pages.
